Bible Text: Mark 1:14-20 | Preacher: David Ball | Series: Epiphany 2018

In this message Pastor David Ball takes his cue from the first chapter of Mark which tells the story of Jesus gathering his disciples. They were called, as we are called. They were invited with urgency into the Kingdom of God as Simon and Andrew were. There they were repurposed for the Glory of God. Fishermen became fishers of men. What they already knew prepared them for Kingdom work. So also are we invited to be the best that we can be, bringing Glory upon Glory to God.

Also on this video and audio segment, Michelle Brodeur, regional director for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship shared how God is working on campuses in North Florida. She called Church of Our Savior her “launching pad” for campus ministry.

The Scripture Lessons for the Day were:

Jeremiah 3:19-4:4
1Corinthians 6:9-20
Mark 1:14-20
